
If you were paying attention on Social Media you might have noticed already that I am back home again. Today 2 weeks ago we left in the middle of the night for a holiday of 2 weeks in France. For the first time with the dog (Leyla) on holiday, the three of us. We went to a wooded area in France to be able to walk a lot with her and camping seemed a good idea. Even though I am not a big fan of camping Jens convinced me to do it.

We arrived on Saturday in the afternoon and the tent was set up surprisingly quick with a small tent for all our stuff we were ready. Although I was a bit worried about the temperature. It was raining all day and I was wearing 2 sweaters, a thick jogging trousers and I still was cold. Luckily 2 days later the sun came through and the temperature rose.

After a long wal in the woods on Wednesday we found 5 harvest bugs on Leyla. Besides that we had also seen 4 of them walking on our own arms and legs. It appeared that they can be really dangerous for dogs and because she is only 10 months we didn’t want to take any risks. We had picked this area because of the walks in the woods, but that was possible anymore. Other things that were fun to do with a dog and that were no woods were at least 1,5 hours of driving and we didn’t really want to do that.
I loved being in nature, but I did notice that it was long enough for me. Everything started to hurt after sleeping on a mat and I started to miss my shower as well. That we decided to go home earlier was only a good thing. When we arrived home we noticed that it had been long enough for Leyla as well. She was so tired that she could only sleep for 3 days.

Ingredients
- 100 grams spinach
- 100 milliliters oat milk
- 25 grams oatmeal
- 25 grams chia seed
- 20 grams grated coconut
- 1 banana

How to make it?
Put the spinach in the blender. Add the oat milk with 10 grams oatmeal, 10 grams chia seed and 5 grams grated coconut.
Cut the banana into slices and add 3/4 of the banana to the blender as well. Blend for approximately 3 minutes. When you have a smooth mixture you can pour it in a bowl.
You can now make the topping with the rest of the chia seed, grated coconut and the banana. You can of course also add other ingredients for the topping.
