Super foods granola. A delicious and healthy granola with all kinds of super foods that you only have to add to your yogurt in the morning.
Granola is one of my favorites, I already made a richly filled granola with nuts and seeds, a granolawith peanut butter and a granola with cacao. I usually make a jar full with granola, I eat it for a few weeks and then I get tired of the same flavor and want a new flavor. Recently I had made granola cups which I toke with me to work. One cup was broken and I put it in my yogurt like that and that tasted so good I decided to make the granola in the same way with some extra super food added.
20 grams goji berries
If you choose to use goji berries, pay attention to the baking time. They burn quite quickly and that has an effect on the flavor of your granola.
How to make it?
Preheat the oven on 180 degrees Celsius (372 Fahrenheit).
Put the oatmeal in a mixing bowl and add the chia seed, wheat bran and the goji berries (if you use them) to the bowl. Next add the cinnamon and honey.
Mix all ingredients properly. Make sure all ingredients are mixed with the cinnamon and honey as well. That way all flavors are well divided through the entire granola. Lay the mixture on a piece of baking paper on a baking tray.
Bake the granola in a preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes. Pay attention that the baking time may differ per oven.
Also pay attention that the baking time might be shorter if you use goji berries because they burn quite quickly.
Enjoy your granola, delicious in your (plant based) yogurt or almond milk.
