With this puff pastry I managed to make it and believe me when I say the flavor of this almond pastry succeeds the one from the Bakery. I do also believe that everything tastes better when you know it is healthy. But when this one came out of the oven and I took a bite, it brought me back in time. And the best thing is that this recipe is really easy.
Amount: 1 piece of almond pastry (10 portions)
- Rolling Pin
- Baking Tray
- Baking Paper
- 5 slices (vegan) puff pastry
- 125 grams almond flour
- 100 milliliters honey
How to make it?
Preheat the oven on 200 degrees Celsius (372 Fahrenheit). Let the slices of puff pastry defreeze. This takes approximately 10 minutes. Make sure they don;t touch each other that can cause them sticking to each other.
In the meantime make the almond paste by mixing the almond flour and honey in a small bowl into a whole.
