Peanut butter and pancakes?

Recipe: Pancakes with chocolate

2 eggs
2 bananas
50 grams oatmeal
30 grams (pea)nut butter
20 grams dark chocolate
How to make it?
Blend the ingredients into a batter for approximately 2 minutes. Pour the mixture in a mixing bowl. Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces and add to the batter. Mix through the batter and make sure it is well divided. Optionally you can set aside some chocolate to decorate the pancakes with.
When you have a big frying pan you can bake 4 pancakes at the same time. Use approximately 1,5 table spoon of batter per pancake and make sure they don’t touch each other. When the pancake starts to bubble and the top gets dry, you can carefully flip them. Bake for another minute on the other side. Continue until you are out of batter.
When the pancakes are ready you can decorate them with some extra chocolate and/or nut butter, like I did. If you don’t want to that is also fine, either way you can enjoy these healthy chocolate pancakes!
