Breakfast Muffins
I love to have breakfast muffins for breakfast. In the first place because it feels like a party to have breakfast with muffins. And in the second place because it is perfect for when you are in a hurry. If you have some more time in the weekend or in the evening you can already bake them. Than you only have to eat them in the morning. And because of the combination of nutritious ingredients they are not only very healthy, but keep you full for a long time as well.
You can also perfectly eat these muffins on the-go and if you prefer you can also add some yogurt or quark. I wouldn’t recommend eating them on the-go then, that could become a bit messy.
