It is Friday night already and the week went by like crazy. Monday afternoon we got to pick up our new car in Amsterdam, Wednesday I was in Zwolle the entire day. Which I enjoyed a lot by the way, I visited a cool hotspot and the Organic Fair. That is such an awesome event, nice entrepreneurs and beautiful brands, I really enjoyed it.
Yesterday I also had a nice day from work I got to visit the end presentations of a group of young talented employees. It was a tour through the entire country this week with a lot of traffic jam, but I did do a lot of nice things. I always need to process those kinds of things. Especially Wednesday I had so much inspiration, energy and nice conversations that I felt my head processing to process all the information, it feels like it is exploding. I don’t have a headache but it is just processing all the information. My enthusiasm tells me to do a lot, but after a day like that I am in my bed at 8.30 completely tired. But this weekend I am working on the nice ideas that I have and of course trying all the delicious organic products that I received on the fair.

Ingredients
2 kiwi’s (1 for the topping) 30 grams (superfoods) granola (10 grams topping) 50 milliliters yogurt 7 grams goji berries (topping) 3 grams chia seed (topping) 2 grams wheat bran (topping) |
How to make it? Peel 1 kiwi and put in the blender. Add 20 grams of the granola and yogurt to it. Like I said I used the superfoods granola. You can make the granola by yourself or buy it in the store, pay attention that the granola from the store usually contain a lot of added sugars. When all ingredients are in the blender you can blend it for 2 minutes into a smooth mixture. |
You can mix some of the topping through the bowl to give you a bite in the bowl as well. Decorate with the rest of the topping and you can enjoy this lovely healthy smoothie bowl.

I like it a lot if you make one of my recipes and I am very curious to see what you made and how you did it. That is why I like it also if you share it on Facebook or Instagram and tag Organic Happiness @organichappinessblog and/or use the hashtag #organichappiness
