Oatmeal Porridge
For me Oatmeal Porridge is my favorite breakfast recipe in the Autumn and the Winter. It is super quick to make and you can vary endlessly with it as well. And in this Autumn time a combination of apple and cinnamon is always a good idea. I added some peanut butter and nuts for some more proteins and healthy fats. And because of this combination of ingredients you are full for a long time.Â
