I used the gluten free wholewheat oat bread baking mix from Bauckhof. Bauckhof is a brand that you can find on the website of Realflavors. Honestly I have never made a bread before with a prepared bread baking mix so a nice experiment to do for me personally. I like the fact that you only have to add 2 ingredients and can vary with everything else. The mix is healthy, gluten free and organic so the basis of the rbead is good. Which gives me a good feeling. I chose a cheese- onion and a muesli bread, but you can for example also make a nut bread or a cinnamon bread. You can let your creativity flow and that makes it even more fun to start baking. I am very positive about this bread baking mix and will definitely order it more often at Realflavors.

Realflavors is a big online store in natural, healthy, organic and sustainable nutrition. That is like music to my ears and I decided which products I wanted to try in the upcoming months. And I started with the gluten free bread baking mix and also gluten free muesli from the same brand.

On the website of Realflavors you will find everything you need in a healthy lifestyle gathered in one place. The ingredients are properly mentioned and a lot of products are available that fit within different allergies and/or diets, like gluten free, lactose free or vegan. Besides this they also offer some non-food products. As you can see I am very enthusiastic. I love it that this is just one place where you can find all your healthy nutrition and order it and don’t have to visit 100 stores to find your healthy products. If you are just as enthusiastic as I am, you can have a look at their website.

You can also find the bread baking mix and the muesli on the website.

Bauckhof is a German brand, from Realflavors they put a sticker on the package with the ingredients in Dutch, I like that a lot. That way I don’t have to use Google Translate to see what ingredients it contains. At last when it comes to sustainability, that is a hot topic with Realflavors. I got my order in this box, nice right?!

The first recipe I made with the bread baking mix was a cheese onion bread, I wills hare the recipe with you. Don’t you like cheese onion bread, but do you like muesli bread? Scroll down to the gluten free muesli bread that I made as well.
