Earlier this year and at the end of last year you have probably already seen a few recipes that I made in cooperation with Realflavors.
For the people who don’t yet know Realflavors, it is an online store where they sell a lot of healthy and organic products. Perfect because some products are not that easily found in the store. Or you need to visit different stores because not everything is available in the same store and the costs are usually high as well. Jordy thought it was time to change this and wanted to make healthy food available for everybody and he started Realflavors.
From instant baking mixes into pastas, nuts, seeds and a lot of other deliciousness everything is available in the webshop. And with these lovely products I already made among other things a cheese/onion bread, a vanilla cake and apple cinnamon pancakes. We continued the cooperation and in the coming months you will see more recipes with the products from Realflavors on the blog.
This month I made the ‘Miracle bread’. A gluten free recipe according to a Norwegian recipe without yeast, flour and added sugars but with nuts and seeds. And it really is a miracle bread, super easy, quick and tasty that can be called a miracle.
Recipe: Gluten free (miracle) bread
1 mix for Miracle bread (600 grams)
5 grams cinnamon
500 milliliters (boiling) water
Coconut oil to grease
How to make it?
Preheat the oven on 200 degrees Celsius (392 Fahrenheit). Make sure you have boiling water. Put the bread mix in a mixing bowl and add the cinnamon, mix properly. If you want to add more (nuts, seeds, fruit) you can do so. Next add the boiling water and let the bread mix well for 20 minutes.
Grease the cake tin with the coconut oil. Divide the bread mix over the tin. The mix has become quite firm so it will be a bit difficult. Bake the bread for 70 minutes in a preheated oven. Pay attention that the baking time may differ per oven.
Get out of the tin immediately, but don’t cut until it has fully cooled down. Lovely with some butter on top.
I like it a lot if you make one of my recipes and I am very curious to see what you made and how you did it. That is why I like it also if you share it on Facebook or Instagram and tag Organic Happiness @organichappinessblog and/or use the hashtag #organichappiness
