Which woman doesn’t like a nice piece of chocolate? At night combined with a cup of tea on the couch or during the day, actually it doesn’t matter when, chocolate is always a good idea, if you ask me. The disadvantage of chocolate is that it usually contains a lot of refined sugars. A delicious recipe with chocolate that is healthy as well, that is the best it could get.
Cooling time:Â Â Â Â Â Â 2 hours
Amount:           10 – 15 pieces fudge
Â
- Baking paper
- Brownie mold

- 120 grams coconut oil
- 75 grams honey*
- 40 grams raw cacao powder
- 75 grams nut butter
- 75 grams raw, unsalted nuts

Put the coconut oil in a small pan and melt on low heat fire, set aside when it has melted.
In the meantime you can chop the nuts. If you prefer you can also leave them as a whole or chop in big pieces. If you want really small pieces of nut you can even use the food processor to crunch them.

Set the nuts aside. Grab a big bowl and put the coconut oil in it, combined with the honey, cacao powder and nut butter. Mix properly. Because the nut butter is quite sticky you have to mix properly. Make sure no pieces are left in the mixture. When you have a smooth, properly mixed mixture you can add the nuts. Mix them through to make sure they are well divided throughout the entire mixture.

Grab the brownie mold. Unfortunately I don’t yet have one. My cookie tin does have the perfect sizes for this fudge, so I used that. You can also use a different mold as long as you make sure it is not too big (the fudge will get too thin) or too small (the fudge will get too thick). Put a piece of baking paper in the mold and carefully divide the mixture over it. Set in the fridge for at least 2 hours to harden.
After 2 hours you can get the mold out of the fridge and cut the fudge. Keep the fudge in the fridge because it melts really quickly.
