During the weekends I usually take more time to have an extended breakfast or try a new recipe. That is also what I did on this Sunday morning. I had made banana pancakes before with egg and I liked them a lot every time. The advantage is that they are super easy to make and really delicious as well.
Recipe Cacao Banana Pancakes
25 grams gluten free oatmeal
10 grams cacao
How to make it?
Peel the bananas, if you are using a food processor you can put all ingredients in it. If not, mash the banana with a fork and mix the eggs, cacao and oatmeal through it. Make sure it becomes a smooth batter.
Heat some butter or coconut oil in a frying pan. If you use a big one, you can bake 3 pancakes at the same time. Use approximately 2 table spoons of batter per pancake.
Let them bake for 5-7 minutes on one side until it has become a firm pancake.
Carefully flip the pancakes and bake for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
You can now enjoy these delicious cacao banana pancakes. I decorated them with some Greek Yogurt and fresh fruit but they are also very delicious without that!
