Recipe: Buckwheat pancakes with cinnamon
100 grams buckwheat flour
250 milliliters almond milk
50 grams honey
5 grams cinnamon
How to make it?
Heat some coconut oil or butter in a Frying Pan. Add approximately 3/4 ladle of batter to the pan and divide. With this amount you will get thin pancakes, if you prefer you pancakes a bit thicker you can add some more batter. Bake on one side until the edges turn brown and carefully flip it. Bake for another minute on the other side. Continue doing this until you are out of batter.
You can now enjoy these deliciously healthy pancakes, perfect if you want to surprise somebody with a breakfast. Lovely with some extra cinnamon on it. I always put some plantbased yogurt and some fresh granola on them, lovely!
