Baking time: approximately 5 minutes per pancake
Amount: 12 small pancakes
- Frying Pan (Preferably a big one)
- Mixing bowl
Egg free Gluten free Lactose free Nut free No refined 100% Vegan sugars added organic ingredients
When the batter is mixed properly you can add the blueberries. Mix them really carefully through the batter. Make sure the berries are divided throughout the entire batter.
When the batter is ready you can bake the pancakes. It is best to use a big pan because than you can bake 3 pancakes at a time.
My advice is to keep them small, because otherwise they will fall apart if you want to flip them.
Bake them slowly on low heat fire, you do need some patience for it. If you see the berries integrating in the batter and the pancakes becoming dry you can carefully flip them.
Bake them for another minute on the other side. Continue until you are out of batter.
