Gluten free toast
With Deliciously Ella I saw a recipe that looks like this one and it inspired me to make this toast. I used the gluten free sourdough bread from Yam, my favorite. Because we almost never eat bread, I don’t have a toaster so I had to improvise a bit, but it was definitely a successful experiment.
Sunday morning I told Jens about this delicious experiment and he thought of the combination as a bit weird, but still wanted to try it. And it turned out to be a success because he was even a bit disappointed that I had only made 2 of them and I made another 2 for him. That was of course the biggest compliment he could give me. With a toaster you make this recipe even quicker!
