It is Friday and I feel like baking cookies. That is why I search for a recipe. I find a shortbread cookie recipe. I change the recipe into a healthy recipe and add some ingredients. The smell of the cookies is really delicious and the same counts for the flavor. I am very enthusiastic about these cookies. And actually I am also quite proud of the picture. In the course that I am currently attending I got some good tips to make nice pictures. And besides that I made a mood board with food photos that inspire me. Not only the settings but also the materials used.
Baking time:Â Â Â Â Â Â 15 minutes
Amount:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â approximately 15 cookies

Add the melted coconut oil together with the honey and the vanilla. Mix properly. If you have mixed it properly you can add the flour and the baking soda carefully into a nice dough. You can now make the cookies. ​You can make approximately 15 cookies with this amount of dough. Make piles and push them a bit flat. Don’t make the cookies to flat, because than you will have super flat cookies. Also don’t make them too high because they don’t get well on the inside and they are burned on the outside. |
